All appointments are subject to availability. TheraShine Wellness reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

4. Medical Suitability

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications or contraindications prior to any treatment. TheraShine Wellness will not be liable for adverse reactions arising from information withheld by the client.

Results from any treatment at TheraShine Wellness may vary based on individual factors including skin type, medical history, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

6. Pricing

Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking confirmation will be honoured. Promotional pricing is subject to the terms of the specific offer.

7. Membership Terms

Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member. Membership validity, renewal terms and cancellation conditions are specified at the time of enrolment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the TheraShine Wellness website, including text, images, logos and design, is the intellectual property of TheraShine Wellness. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TheraShine Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website, beyond the value of the specific service rendered.
