Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in a pre-payment requirement for future bookings.

3. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid service packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another service of equivalent value, subject to management approval.

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated. In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the management.

5. Product Purchases

Products purchased in salon may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Cash refunds on product purchases are not provided.

6. Promotional Offers

Services availed under promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services outside the offer terms.
